The Cumberland Economic Development Corporation today announced a groundbreaking ceremony for the Cumberland Gateway project for December 18trh.
The project, which will be using the Rolling Mill area, will see some site work commence almost immediately, with grading and construction pad placement for businesses on the near horizon
Executive Director Matt Miller told WCBC Ness the developer feels comfortable with the current level of acquired properties, and is said to be closing in on deals with a few others.
