While grants continue to be awarded for downtown Cumberland – one city restaurant owner is not happy that many of those dollars are specifically targeted for Baltimore Street businesses and properties- and not the entire district. The Cumberland Economic Development Corporation’s “Baltimore Street Comprehensive Investment Program” currently sits at $950,000.
