A new program is now available to commercial property owners, as well as business owners, within the Central Business District. The Central Business District Façade Improvement Program applications are available for download on the City of Cumberland’s website at https://www.cumberlandmd.gov/…/CBD-Facade-Improvement… under Historic Preservation Commission Announcements The maximum award is $10,000 and requires a 25/75 match by the applicant. The maximum allocation for a request for funding for signs will not exceed $5,000. Applications are due by noon on April 30, 2020.
