On Tuesday, August 22nd, 2023, The Cumberland City Police responded to a residence in the 40 block of N. Centre St for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted the male resident. He advised officers that a female had entered his home without permission and started throwing items around the home. As a result of the investigation, Crystal Nicole Rymer, 32, was placed under arrest. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner for her Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held on $2,500 bond.
