On Saturday, March 19, 2022, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Justin Allan Nizer. The warrant was issued as a result of an incident that occurred on October 30, 2021.
On this date at approximately 1:26 AM, officers responded to the 400 block of Broadway Street in reference to an assault. The alleged victim reported that she was attacked by Justin Nizer. Nizer was no longer on scene. The victim explained that Nizer hit her numerous times in the back of the head and neck. It was later discovered that the victim had sustained significant injuries to her neck.
Charges were filed against Nizer and an arrest warrant was issued. Nizer was arrested today and transported to Central Booking. He was seen by the District Court Commissioner who released him on a $10,000 unsecured personal bond.
