On Saturday, Cumberland Police served a criminal summons on Inaya Sieana Smith charging her with distributing child pornography and distributing an intimate sexual image.
The summons was issued by District Court in reference to an incident in December, 2020 when Smith posted inappropriate images of a female victim on social media.
Smith signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial at District Court.
