Allegany County citizens with internet service issues are being encouraged to visit the county website and fill out the FCC Broadband Map Challenge worksheet. The results of the mapping will help determine the amount of funding Allegany County and the State of Maryland receives to bring high-speed internet to everyone in the state. The county is reviewing the data in the most recent FCC broadband map to identify errors and overestimates of coverage areas.
