The Mayor and Council received a proposal from Allegany County for use of Greenspace near the housing development planned for West Side. The Haystack Village Park would be located along Sedgwick Street and would include access to the GAP trail. The plot of land to be used is just under 3 acres. Plans are to develop a memorandum of understanding between the City and County for the land use.
