Cumberland City Police Department on Saturday responded to 1512 Oldtown Manor Apartments for a subject creating a disturbance.  Officers were advised that David Lee Kesler Jr. was outside apartment C, yelling and banging on the apartment door.  When officers arrived they contacted a tenant in the complex who advised officers that Kesler was in the downstairs portion of the stairwell causing a disturbance.  While checking the area officers found Kesler hiding behind the stairs on the first floor.   While officers were speaking with Kesler he started yelling, creating a second disturbance.  Kesler was placed under arrest and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department.  Kesler was processed, served and taken before the Allegany County District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing.  Kesler was held in the Allegany County Detention Center on $3,000 bond.

At midnight the Cumberland Police Department responded to an address on Golden Lane for the report of a disturbance.  Officers had been to the address two hours earlier and had contacted a subject that was intoxicated and he was advised to leave.  When officers returned the same subject, Carl Spates Stallings Sr. age 50 of Cumberland, was arrested at the scene for Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing.  Stallings was taken to Cumberland Police Department for processing and then to Allegany County District Court for an initial appearance.  Stallings was then held on $3,000 bond in the Allegany County Detention Center
