On Friday , the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant on Michael Simmons, age 44 of Cumberland, Maryland. The Warrant stemmed from Simmons failing to obey his conditions of probation. Simmons was later provided his Initial Appearance in District Court and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.

On Friday, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Charles Russell Servis Jr. for violation of probation. The warrant was issued by District Court for failing to obey the conditions of his probation ordered by the court back on July 9th, 2018. Servis was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $500 bond.
