On Saturday, Cumberland Police served a bench warrant on William Donald Decarlo. The warrant was issued due to Decarlo violating his probation.
He was originally charged with driving without a license and driving on a suspended license.
Decarlo was arrested and transported to Central Booking at the Allegany County Detention Center. At the conclusion of his initial hearing, he was held on a $5,000 bond.
