On Friday at approximately 11:30 AM the Cumberland City Police Department were dispatched to a business in the 12000 block of Willow Brook Road for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers contacted Loy Linaweaver whom was still yelling at staff. Officers learned that Linaweaver had destroyed a chair and was threatening to assault the staff. Linaweaver was placed under arrest without issue and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center for central booking. Linaweaver was seen before a District Court Commissioner and released on an unsecured $2,000.00 bond.
Arrested – Loy Dale Eugene Linaweaver (62) Cumberland, MD
Charges – Disorderly Conduct, Malicious Destruction of Property Less Than $1,000.00
