On Wednesday June 2nd, 2021 officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Joseph Henry Dowell. The Arrest Warrant was issued by the District Court stemming from an incident on May 28th, 2021. During the incident Dowell threatened to set fire to several properties. Dowell was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was Held on $20,000.
Arrest: Joseph Henry Dowell, age 57, Cumberland Maryland.
Charge: Arson Threat.
