A Cumberland woman has been charged with telephone misuse and harassment. Kimberly Dawn Appold, 49, used email and phone calls to repeatedly harass another individual. She was released pending trial in district court.
City Police responded to Sperry Terrace Friday in reference to a suspect trespassing in a condemned building. Arrested was 47 year old Nicky Lee Linn of Cumberland. He was charged with trespassing and a municipal housing code violation.
Two city residents were found trespassing at a Sperry Terrace residence Friday. Arrested were Kerri Anne Bohrer, 40, and Jeremy Thomas Shurak, 34, both of Cumberland. Bohrer swung at the arresting officers and was additionally charged with resisting arrest and 2nd degree assault.
