On February 8, 2022 an officer of the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Christian O. Ogwuegbu. The Criminal Summons was issued by District Court, in regards to a theft case that occurred in June 2020. Through an investigation Ogwuegbu was charged with theft $10,000 to under $100,000. Ogwuegbu signed all copies of the Criminal Summons and was released, awaiting a court date.

On February 8, 2022 an officer of the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Carissa Paige Ketterman. The Criminal Summons was issued by District Court, in regards to a burglary and theft case that occurred on Bedford Street in January 2022. The victim alleged that Ketterman, and another subject, had broken in to their residence and stolen several items of the victim’s personal property. Investigating officers made contact with Ketterman, who admitted to entering the victim’s residence. Based upon investigation, an application for charges was filed against Ketterman. Ketterman signed all copies of the Criminal Summons and was released, awaiting a court date.

On February 8, 2022 an officer of the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Carissa Paige Ketterman. The Criminal Summons was issued by District Court, in regards to a Fraud complaint that occurred on Bedford Streeet in December 2021. The victim alleged that her identification card and bank card had been stolen from her purse. The bank card was then used to withdraw a large sum of US currency from the victim’s bank account. Through investigation, and review of security footage, Ketterman was identified as a suspect. Based upon the officer’s investigation, an application for charges was filed against Ketterman. Ketterman signed all copies of the Criminal Summons and was released, awaiting a court date.
