City Should Attract New Small Business According to Consultant Firm

The days of looking for the next Kelly Springfield, Westvaco, PPG or Celenese have passed for Cumberland- with an economic development consultant advising the city to “think small” when it comes to attracting new businesses. Kyle Talente, vice president of RKG Associates based in Alexandria, Virginia, presented recommendations to the Cumberland Mayor and City Council earlier this month.
