On 6/17/2021 at approximately 4:00 PM an officer from the Cumberland City Police Department observed that there was train stopped blocking the Baltimore Street crossing. The officer observed Rachel Jean Harr ignore the flashing crossing gate and climb through the train placing herself in danger. Ms. Harr was contacted and placed under arrest for trespassing on CSX property. Ms. Harr was taken to the police station where she was issued a criminal citation. Ms. Harr was released on the citation pending trial in District Court.
