On February 7th, 2021 an officer from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a North Lee address for a reported disturbance.
Upon officers arrival they observed Crystal Nicole Rymer to be at the residence creating a disturbance. Through the officers investigation they learned that Rymer had recently been served with a Protective Order and that she was ordered to stay away from the victim and the residence.
Rymer was placed under arrest and taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held without bond.
Arrest: Crystal Nicole Rymer, age 29, Cumberland MD.
Charge: Violation of a Court Order.
