On December 23nd, at approximately 2:00 am, Officers from the Cumberland Police Department (CPD) were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in the 800 block of Columbia Ave. Officers observed a vehicle flipped on its passenger side. There were three other parked vehicles with damage. Officers located Shenay Symone Bright several houses away. Shenay did admit she was the driver of the vehicle. Officers did investigate the incident and Shenay was placed under arrest and transported to Cumberland Police Headquarters to where she was later released.
Arrest: Shenay Symone Bright, age 32, Cumberland MD
Charges: Several charges involving driving impaired/alcohol, several charges involving the registration/insurance of vehicle, several moving violation charges and one citation for CDS paraphernalia.
