Xfinity cable customers are being urged to update their passwords and check in with the major credit bureaus to freeze release of their information after a security breach in mid-October. Hackers gained access to personal information for over 36 million Comcast customers. So far, Comcast has said they are not aware of any customer information being leaked and have their cyber security team monitoring systems 24-7.
