WBAL reports Maryland Commerce Secretary Kelly Schulz describes her run for governor as a continuation of Governor Larry Hogan's track record of bipartisanship. Schulz announced her candidacy just after Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford announced he would not run for governor in 2022.
