Maryland Democratic Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger announced Friday that he will not seek reelection this fall. Ruppersberger is completing his 12th term in the House representing the second district in Maryland. The other open seat in Maryland for Congress is the 6th District, now represented by David Trone, who is running for Senate.
