According to the Cumberland Times-News, court records indicate that Jessica Roman was in an abusive relationship with her husband that caused her to flee her home and hide. Multiple counts of assault, reckless endangerment, and illegal firearms possession have been charged to Andrew Roman of Cumberland. Jessica Roman left the couple’s Mary Street home last Tuesday and was in hiding until discovered by police. Andrew Roman remains in police custody.
