On November 24th, 2019, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Henry Ernest Simms II. The warrant was issued by District Court when Cumberland City Police made an application in reference to an incident that occurred on November 23rd, 2019. On that date, Officers responded to Greene Street for an assault. Upon arrival it was learned that Simms did assault the victim and then punched a window. Simms fled the residence before the Officer’s arrival.
Simms was charged with Assault Second Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property. Simms was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center to await his initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.

On November 24th, 2019, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Marissa Louann Sanders. The warrant was issued by District Court when Cumberland City Police made an application on November 23rd in reference to an investigation that began on November 19th through November 22nd, 2019. Sanders was charged with Neglect of a Minor. Sanders was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center to await her initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.

On November 24th, 2019, the Cumberland Police Department served three arrest warrants on Kaylynn Faye Brant. One warrant was issued by District Court when Cumberland City Police made an application in reference to an incident that occurred on October 14th, 2019. Brant was charged with CDS: Possession of paraphernalia, CDS: Possession not marijuana and two separate accounts of CDS: Possession with intent to distribute. The second warrant was issued by District Court for Failing to Appear in District Court on November 21st, 2019 for a charge of Theft less than $100. The third warrant was issued by District Court for Failing to Appear in District Court on November 14th, 2019 for a charge of Theft $100 to under $1,000. Brant was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center to await her initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.

On November 24th, 2019, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Jason Thomas Crandell. The warrant was issued by District Court on 11/20/2019 for Violation of Probation.
Crandell was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center to await his initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.

On Sunday, September 30th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Emily Michelle Wagner for violation of probation. The warrant was issued by District Court for failing to following conditions of probation set back in May of 2018. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on $500.

Bench Warrant
On Sunday, September 30th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a District Court bench warrant on Rico M. Seabrooks for failing to appear for trial on May 15th, 2018 for traffic charges. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.

On Sunday, September 30th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court warrant on James Camden Allen Jr. for failing to appear for court on February 28th, 2017 for a DWI status conference. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond until he can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.
