On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, deputies with the Allegany County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on Henderson Avenue, Cumberland, MD. During the stop, a quantity of suspected crack cocaine with an estimated street value $1,500 was located. As part of a follow-up investigation deputies executed a search warrant at a home on Marion Street, Cumberland, MD.
The search of the home revealed nearly two pounds of suspected crack cocaine having an estimated street value of $80,000. 3.3 pounds of Marijuana and 312grams of suspected Fentanyl were also located having a combined street value of approximately $22,000. Additionally, over $15,000 in U.S. Currency was recovered. The investigation into this matter is ongoing and charges are pending.
