On September 22, 2023 Cumberland Police served Criminal Citations on Araya Maureen Plauger and Tyler David Beal. Officers of the Cumberland Police Department were dispatched to Martin’s market for a report of a theft. Officers made contact with the stores manager who provided details of the theft. As a result of the theft, both subjects were transported to Police headquarters. They were issued criminal citations for theft less than $100.00 and released.

Arrest: Araya Maureen Plauger, Age 29, Cumberland
Charge: Theft less than $100.00
