On September 19, 2023 Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Austin Russell Hall. The arrest warrant was Issued by the Circuit Court of Allegany County for violation of probation. Hall was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center and was held without bond.
Arrest: Austin Russell Hall, age 27, Ridgeley West Virginia.
Charges: (2) CDS Possession with intent to deliver narcotic, (2) CDS possession not cannabis, CDS possession of paraphernalia and Burglary 4th degree.
Criminal Summons
On September 19, 2023 officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Robert Kyle Miller. The Criminal summons stemmed from an incident on September 7, 2023. Officers of the Cumberland Police Department were dispatched to the Cumberland City maintenance Office for a report of a theft. The investigation revealed that a city owned Stihl weed trimmer was stolen. The theft occurred as city workers were conducting regular maintenance at the George Washington Headquarters. A witness was later located and provided information identifying the suspect. The suspect was identified as Robert Kyle Miller. On the following day city maintenance employees located the stolen weed trimmer on Lafayette Avenue. As the city employees went to retrieve the weed trimmer, they observed Miller walking away. A criminal summons was served on Miller for theft.
Arrest: Robert Kyle Miller, age 51, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Theft $100.00 to $1,500.00.
