On Friday, September 19th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Bryan Alan Phillips, 31, of Cumberland MD. The summons was in reference to an incident that occurred on September 13th, 2025 where it was alleged that Phillips assaulted a minor child, resulting in injury to the child. As a result of the investigation, an application for charges was filed with the District Court and a Criminal Summons issued. On this date, Phillips was served the summons and released, pending trial in District Court.

ARRESTED -  Bryan Alan Phillips, 31yo.
CHARGES -  Child Abuse 2nd Degree-Cust., Assault 2nd Degree.
