On October 7th, 2022 at approximately 10:10 am officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 200 block of Cole Street for a reported assault. Upon officer’s arrival they spoke with the victim who advised that they had been assaulted by Sharon McLuckie. The victim advised that McLuckie had closed their leg in a door and had shoved them to the ground. The officers were able to observe evidence of an assault and placed McLuckie under arrest. McLuckie was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was released on her own recognizance.
Arrest: Sharon Linn McLuckie, age 63, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Assault Second Degree, Vulnerable Adult Abuse.
