On Friday officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Joshua Michael Clark Sr. The Arrest Warrant was issued by the District Court stemming from an incident on September 28th, 2020. During the incident officers responded to the 300 block of Williams Street for a reported breaking and entering. Officers spoke with the victim who advised that Clark had entered their residence, broke items, and struck them in the face before fleeing. Clark was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held on $10,000.
Arrest: Joshua Michael Clark Sr, age 26, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Burglary Third Degree, Burglary Fourth Degree, Assault Second Degree, Malicious Destruction of Property.
