On Friday the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Tyson Thomas Ross charging him with fraud and identity theft. The summons was issued by District Court in reference to an incident report to police back on April 6th, 2021 that Tyson was observed on video surveillance using the complainant’s credit card to withdraw cash from several different ATMs in Cumberland, Maryland. He signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial at District Court.
