The Cumberland Police served two arrest warrants on Carl Spates Stallings Sr. age 60 of Cumberland, MD.
Both warrants were for Failure to Appear for two separate court dates for original charges of Trespassing and Fail to Obey a Lawful Order.
Stallings was taken to Central Booking for his initial appearance with the District Court Commissioner. He was held on $1,000 bond for each warrant.
