Cumberland Man Served Two Arrest Warrants

On Monday, March 11th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served two arrest warrants on Travis Maurice Peck.  The warrants were issued by District Court for failing to appear for trial on March 1st, 2019 for disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct charges.  He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.

 

Travis Maurice Peck, age; 29, Cumberland, Maryland.

On Sunday, November 27, 2016, the Cumberland Police Department served two arrest warrants on Hawke Coffman.  A bench warrant had been issued for Coffman due to him failing to appear for his case at the District Court of Allegany County.  The second warrant stemmed from a report that was filed on August 11, 2016 in which the victim alleged that Coffman stole her dog.  Coffman was located as an occupant of a vehicle during a traffic stop.  He was placed under arrest, processed, and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner where he was released on his personal recognizance pending trial.

 

ARRESTED:  Hawke Anthony Coffman        AGE: 26       Cumberland, MD

CHARGES:  Theft less than $1,000
