Mayor Hopes to begin reaching out to new lawmakers

With a new administration taking over in Annapolis this month- local elected officials hope to quickly develop working relationships that could benefit the region. Residents of rural Western Maryland, heavily Republican and three hours from the state capital, often feel their voices are not being heard and that the more progressive majority in the General Assembly has a vastly different agenda.
