The 46th annual PACE reception was held Thursday night in Annapolis and WCBC had the opportunity to visit with Cumberland Mayor Ray Morriss. Morriss said that the next few months will bring great signs of progress for the city.
The Westin Annapolis was the scene Thursday night for the PACE reception, Mountain Maryland’s annual lobbying effort with state officials. Cumberland Mayor Ray Morriss told WCBC Radio that private investors have shown increased interest as downtown Cumberland will be revitalized over the next two years.
