On May 21, 2019 Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Jakeenan Corderay Jennings, age 28 of Cumberland, Maryland. A warrant was issued for Jennings arrest after he failed to appear in District Court on unrelated charges. Jennings was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department. Jennings was processed, served and taken before the District Court Commissioner. Jennings was held in the Allegany County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.

Warrant Arrest
On May 21, 2019 Cumberland City Police served two arrest warrants on David Joseph Snyder, age 29 of Cumberland, Maryland. Snyder was apprehended after he fled from an officer in the area of North Centre Street. Snyder who was taken into custody without further incident was transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing. Snyder was taken before the District Court Commissioner and held in the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

Charges: Two warrants for Violation of Probation.

On May 21, 2019 Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on William Orva Mosher 3rd, age 27 of Cumberland, Maryland. A warrant was issued for Mosher after he failed to appear for court on an unrelated matter. Mosher was processed, served and taken before the District Court Commissioner. Mosher was held in the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

On Thursday February 14th, 2019 the Cumberland City Police arrested Adam Patrick Jay, age 31, of Corriganville MD. Jay was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant from an incident that had occurred in October of 2018. During that incident, Jay was arrested on an unrelated warrant and was found to be in possession of multiple items of CDS Paraphernalia at that time. Jay was taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was released on his own personal recognizance.

Warrant Arrest
On Thursday February 14th, 2019 the Cumberland City Police arrested Stephanie Renee Barb, age 30, of Cumberland MD. Barb was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in court for a previous criminal charge of littering. Barb was taken before the District Court Commissioner where she was released on her own personal recognizance.
