On Monday, July 15th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on James Hugh Rossell charging him with robbery, assault, and theft. The warrant was issued by District Court in reference to an incident that occurred on July 14th, in the area of Park Street where Rossell is alleged to have assaulted a male and took a sum of currency from him. Rossell was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on an unsecured bond pending trial.

Officers served an arrest warrant Timothy Adam Spiker. He was wanted as a result of an incident that occurred on 12/8/17 at a Henderson Avenue residence. Officers investigated an incident where Spiker was accused of pulling a knife and threatening several other people inside the residence. He was taken into custody without incident; he was later taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was held on a $5,000.00 bond.
