On Monday, September 10th, the Cumberland Police Department served several warrants:
Richard Charles Pancake was served a bench warrant issued by District Court for failing to appear for trial on July 10th, 2018 to answer to a driving on a suspended license charge. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.

Tanya Marie McMannis was served a bench warrant for violation of probation. McMannis had been on court ordered probation since July of 2016 and failed to comply with the conditions of her probation. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $100 bond.

Dylan Elliott See was served a fugitive warrant issued by the Circuit Court in Hampshire County, West Virginia. The warrant was issued because See failed to appear for trial back on August 30th, 2018 to answer to forgery and uttering charges. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond until he can be extradited to West Virginia.

Tyler Scott Poole was served with 3 arrest warrants issued by Allegany County District and Circuit Courts. District Court issued two warrants for malicious destruction of property and disorderly conduct. Circuit Court issued a violation of probation warrant after he failed to comply with the conditions of his probation ordered back on January, 5th, 2016 after a second degree assault conviction. Poole was held on a bond of $2,000 for the District Court warrants and ordered held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Harry Daniel Hupp Jr. was served a bench warrant issued by District Court for failing to appear for trial on September 6th, 2018 to answer to theft charges. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.

Brian Bruce Hutzler was served a warrant that was issued by District Court for harassment and telephone misuse; repeat calls. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.

On Monday, May 14th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Troy Justin Ours for failure to following conditions of probation. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $10,000 bond.

On Monday, May 14th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Joseph Vincent Hauser for failing to appear at District Court on May 8th, 2018. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance.

On Monday, May 14th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Charity Dawn Hauser for failure to appear in District Court on May 10th, 2018 for failure to send her child to school. On Monday, May 14th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Misty Ann Ours for failing to appear in District Court on May 3rd, 2018 for a trespassing charge. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $1,500 bond.
