On 02/18/2020 the Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on Jessica Lynn Tallman. Ms. Tallman was wanted for failing to appear in court on a previous obstructing and hindering charge. Ms. Tallman was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center pending an initial appearance in District Court.

On Monday, October 22nd, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Randi Lee Ackerson. The warrant was issued by District Court when Ackerson failed to surrender herself to the Allegany County Detention Center back in September to serve a one month sentence. She was charged with second degree escape and obstructing justice. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bail.

Violation of Probation
On Monday, October 22nd, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Nakota Chaenta Durham for violating the conditions of her probation as ordered by District Court on March 8th, 2018. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $2,500 bond.

Here is a tip. It’s impossible for a suspect to get a FTA charge if you keep them detained until their court date.
