On Monday, January 13 th , 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on
Charles Ronadl Adams II. The warrant was issued by District Court on January 10 th , 2020 for a
driving on a suspended license charge. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center
to await a bond review before the District Court Commissioner.

Brianna Lynn Goetz. The warrant was issued by District Court on January 9 th , 2020 for a theft
charge. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await a bond review before
the District Court Commissioner.

On June 10, 2019, the Cumberland City Police served a Bench Warrant on Cory Depalma, age 29 of Cumberland, Maryland. The Warrant stemmed from Depalma failing to appear in District Court on June 4, 2019 for the charge of malicious destruction of property. Depalma was taken to District Court for his Initial Appearance and released on his own recognizance.
On June 10, 2019, the Cumberland City Police served a Bench Warrant on Ashley Twigg, age 29 of Cumberland, Maryland. The Warrant stemmed from Twigg failing to appear in District Court on June 7, 2019 for the charge of theft less than $100. Twigg was taken to District Court for her Initial Appearance and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $1000 bond.
