The Department of Community Development has issued Residential, Short Term and Boarding House Rental License Renewal Invoices for Fiscal Year 2026. All payments are due by Sunday, August 31, 2025 at the lowest fee schedule. If paying in person, please pay by Friday, August 29, 2025 at 2:00 pm. You may also pay by through the online portal with a credit card, or by mail with check.
