After a two year COVID hiatus- DelFest is back at the Allegany County Fairgrounds- but not before a unique kick-off event tonight. The popular bluegrass and American music festival returns this Memorial Day weekend after being force to cancel in 2020 and 2021. Barb Beuhl, DelFest liaison, tells WCBC News that new this year- and just one of the highlights of DelFest week will be this evening’s DelVille Pub March in downtown Cumberland.
