On Saturday, April 30, 2022, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Logan Aldrich on a bench warrant. The warrant was issued as a result of Aldrich failing to appear for his court case at the District Court of Allegany County.
Aldrich was originally charged with Theft less than $100. Officers searched Aldrich incident to arrest and located metal knuckles (brass knuckles) in his backpack.
He was transported to Central Booking at the Allegany County Detention Center. Aldrich was later seen by a District Court Commissioner who released him on his personal recognizance.
