On Thursday May 9th, 2024 at approximately 11:19 am officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business in the 700 block of Park Street for a reported disturbance. Upon officer’s arrival they spoke with an employee who indicated a female and been creating a disturbance and soliciting on the property. A description was provided and officers were able to locate a female matching the description. Officer’s attempted to identify her due to her involvement in the incident and she refused to identify herself. She was subsequently placed under arrest and later identified as Damera Davis. She was then taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held on a $1,000 bond.

 

Arrest: Damera Davis, age 24, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Disorderly Conduct, Disturbing the Peace, Obstructing and Hindering.
