On 2-10-13 at approximately 0250 hours Troopers from the McHenry Barrack responded to the unit block of Blue Goose Road in Friendsville for a reported domestic assault. Investigation revealed that David L. Glahn, 30, of Friendsville had assaulted his girlfriend then dialed 911 to report the incident. Glahn was ultimately arrested, taken to the McHenry Barrack for processing and charged with one count of second degree assault. The injuries to Glahn's girlfriend did not require medical attention. Glahn is currently awaiting a bond review before the District Court Commissioner.

Officers responded to a residence on Polk St. for a report of a domestic assault in progress. Upon their arrival they made contact with the victim and the suspect identified as Timothy Alan Walters. The victim advised that Walters became angry when the TV channel was changed to cartoons for their child. She stated that he then ripped the air conditioning plug from the wall. She stated that he then began to push her around the room to the point that he put his fingers in her mouth cutting her lip. She stated that this continued until he broke the baby’s crib and pushed her to the ground. Walters advised that he was the one who was assaulted by her. He stated that she tore the covers off of him while he was in bed and then began to struggle with him. Officers observed minor injuries to both and arrested Walters. Walters was transported to PH where he was charged and processed.

Charge: Assault (2nd Degree)
Walters was taken for a Bond Hearing and released on his personal recognizance.
