The McMullen Building open house drew over 250 visitors Saturday showcasing two floors of luxury apartments with historic wood floors, modern features as well as a fourth floor balcony. Located at 138 N. Baltimore Street in downtown Cumberland with it's upper story residential and ground floor commercial space sets a great example of downtown living at its finest. Local businessmen Chris Hendershot and Garrett Eagan, owners of Cartridges Galore, purchased the four-story building in 2020
