On October 6, 2023 Officers of the Cumberland Police Department observed a subject sleeping in the front of a local business. The subject was identified as Tyler Dixon. Officers informed Mr. Dixon that he needed clean up his trash and leave the area. Mr. Dixon became irate and began yelling obscenities at the Officers. Officers continued asking Mr. Dixon to leave the area and refrain from yelling. Dixon continued acting in a disorderly manner by yelling as he walked past other business and pedestrians. Dixon was then placed under arrest and transported to Police Headquarter. Dixon was issued two criminal citations and released.
Arrest: Tyler Cloud Dixon, age 38, Cumberland.
Charges: Criminal citations: Failure to obey and disorderly conduct
