Warrant Arrest For February 5, 2024:
Logan Ray Aldrich, 26 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original conviction was for Violation of Release Conditions where he received a 90-day suspended sentence with 2 years unsupervised probation. He is being held on a $500 bond in this case.
Ralph Junior Baer III, 44 of Frostburg, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. His original conviction was for Conspiracy-CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics where he received an 8-year jail term will all but 74-days suspended and 3-years supervised probation. He is being held without bond pending a bail review.
Jules Michael Schwarz Jr, 63 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release. His original charges include: Trespass: Private Property, Disorderly Conduct and Resist/Interfere with Arrest. He is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Donald Burton Ware, 51 of Cresaptown, was served a District Arrest Warrant for the following charges: 2 counts 1st Degree Assault, 2 counts 2nd Degree Assault, Child Abuse-2nd Degree: House, 2 counts Intoxicated Endangerment, 2 counts Rifle/Shotgun Possession by Disqualified Individual, Illegal Possession of Ammunition. He is being held without bond at this time pending a bail review.
Andrew Rodriguez, 32 of Pittsburg, PA was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. His original charge was Driving on Suspended Out Of State License. A $2,500 bail was set by the issuing judge in this matter.
