One person is in critical condition following a shooting early Sunday morning outside a Hagerstown Bar. Officers from the Washington County Sheriff’s office responded to the Chop Bar on JFK Drive in Hagerstown where a large crowd had gathered outside. Officers determined that four victims had received gunshot wounds. Three of the victims received non-life threatening injuries. Law enforcement is encouraging anyone with information on the incident to contact the Sheriff’s office.
