Early Sunday, The Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on Robert Brian Winner of Frostburg, MD.
The arrest warrant stemmed from Winner failing to appear in Circuit Court on September 22, 2021 for an initial charge of Unlawful taking of a Motor Vehicle.
Winner was served with the Arrest Warrant and ordered by the Court to be held without bond. Winner was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he will be held until his appearance before a Circuit Court Judge.

Charges: Failure to Appear
